The Villa

The villa can accommodate up to 10 people and consists in:

• a LOUNGE with a double sofa-bed 160×190, satellite TV and panoramic balcony / terrace with sea view;
• a mezzanine floor with a fully equipped kitchen;
• a double bedroom, King size OLD CHAPEL, with bathroom with shower 120×90, satellite TV, safe, balcony / panoramic terrace with sea view;
• a double bedroom (on request two single beds), called LIMONETO, with bathroom with shower 120×80, dressing room, TV sat, minifrigobar, safe, window overlooking the lemon garden;
• a particular room of about 30 square meters, called L’ANTICA VOLTA, obtained in the attic, with large double bed (210×210) that overlooks an ancient barrel vault of the ‘700, bathroom with shower 100×80, TV, minifrigobar, safe. Detail of the room are the windows with 13 sea-stunning portholes;
• a bathroom serving the living room with a vase, sink and washing machine and dryer;
• with an independent access from the house there is a double bedroom (on request two single beds) with a French window called LA BOTTE, which has a bathroom with shower 80×80 , TVsat , minifrigobar , hot water kettle , safe , panoramic terrace with sitting area . Moreover it has a panoramic terrace with an exclusive use.
• lemon garden / solarium of 200sqm panoramic sea view with a Jacuzzi tubs, a fully equipped GYM area, a solarium with sun loungers, a seating area and a living room with the possibility to organize small events.
