Anticamente fungeva da torretta belvedere all\u2019interno dei terrazzamenti di limoni poi, nel 1875, in seguito all\u2019abbandono dell&#8217;adiacente Chiesa di Lone, la torretta fu trasformata in Sacra Cappella per ospitare, fino agli inizi del \u2018900, la Madonna di Lone. Nel 2010 importanti restauri sono stati effettuati all&#8217;edificio: la &#8216;torretta&#8217; con la sua grande parete di circa 160 cm, \u00e8 diventata un bagno di lusso con le decorazioni originali dell&#8217;epoca. Adiacente vi \u00e8 una camera da letto affrescata in cui spicca sulla testiera del letto il dipinto originale della Madonna situato all&#8217;epoca nella Vecchia Cappella. La struttura \u00e8 situata in una splendida posizione, a PICCO sul MARE e difronte il famoso &#8216;arco dell&#8217;amore&#8217; naturale che per anni \u00e8 stato testimonial dei famosi cioccolatini &#8216;Baci Perugina&#8217;. La Villa \u00e8 in una posizione molto comoda per raggiungere, in auto o con mezzi pubblici, tutte le altre localit\u00e0 della Costiera.<\/p>\n<p>Per raggiungere la propriet\u00e0 ci sono 104 gradini per salire dalla strada costiera. Le scale sono la caratteristica di tutte le abitazioni di Amalfi che \u00e8 stata costruita sui pendii della montagna che abbraccia il cielo e mare.
